WARM UP STRETCHES

All good workouts begin with a warm up, and using the Ultimate Hand Helper is no different. Here are four simple stretches that will warm up your muscles and get the circulation flowing.

          Praying
  • To do the "Fist" stretch, hold out your arm (palm down) and close the fingers of your hand to make a fist with the thumb outside of the palm. Hold it tightly for a few seconds and then repeat with the other hand.
     

  • The "Hand Out" stretch might feel awkward, but think of holding up your hand to motion "stop!" Hold your arm out, palm down and raise your fingers back until they are close to being perpendicular to the floor. Hold for a few seconds and repeat with other hand.
     

  • "Fists X2" is simply "Fist" using both hands. Make sure that your thumb is outside of the palm when performing the warm up exercise. Once the hands are in fists, squeeze tightly and hold for a few seconds.
     

  • To do the "Praying" warm up exercise, place the palms of your hand together in a prayer position (see above) and push gently. Try to keep your arms parallel with the ground. Hold for a few seconds and repeat.
